Monthly + Quarterly Retainers

With a regular retainer, we’ll make a general content creation plan at our first meeting and then touch base before each shoot to discuss ongoing needs and to finalise a shot list.

Retainer clients get top priority in our schedule and we only take on a certain amount of recurring clients per month to ensure you get our full attention. You’re our V.I.P clients!

Our Creative Process

Before we commence any work we schedule a virtual briefing session to discuss everything there is to know about your brand and how best we can assist you.

Can we use the images anywhere?

All final assets come with the following use rights unless otherwise stated:

Unlimited use online – social media, digital marketing, websites
Unlimited use in BTL (below-the-line) print

Additional usage can be purchased.

Do we have to choose a package or can we choose how many images and videos we need?

Yes you can brief us on your brand’s own individual requirements. Our content creation ‘Add Ons’ and ‘Extended Services’ can also be worked into our signature packages.

Do you provide assets in multiple crops/formats?

We offer complimentary cropping and resizing for images, for example you might want the images un-cropped as well as square crops for social. If video assets are needed in various formats this will endure an additional charge given it’s a more timely process.

Do you provide/source props and backdrops?

We have an extensive collection of props and backdrops which we use for all shoots free of charge. Any fresh foliage or food required is added to the final invoice. If there are any specific props you have requested that need sourcing, we will work with you to secure these. Again this would be added to the final invoice.

Do you work from a professional studio?

Yes we work from our home studio, we have industry standard photographic and lighting equipment equally we use industry standard post production and retouching programmes. We both have over 10 years working in the creative industry.

Pre-Production

After the initial briefing, we work on a pre-production document. This includes a mood board detailing colour, props, lighting, composition, styling, and a shot list including visual references.

Style & Shoot

Once pre-production is signed off by you, we source any additional props needed before commencing the shoot. Each individual image is then thoughtfully styled and lighting is perfected.

Post Production

All final assets then go through a detailed post-production process to enhance and perfect the image even further. Any additional crops and formats will also be done at this stage.

Download Online

All final assets will then be available to download from our online portal within 14 working days from the shoot date. All packages include a 12 month complimentary online back-up.
